Cancellation Policy
Appointment Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because I work by appointment only, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave time that another client could have booked.
New Client Appointments
All first-time appointments require confirmation before the scheduled appointment time. If I am unable to reach you and do not receive a confirmation, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and release the time to another client.
Appointment Confirmations
You may receive appointment reminders through my booking system and/or a personal message from me. If I request confirmation and do not receive a response before your appointment, your appointment may be canceled at my discretion.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice may be required to pay a no-show fee or a deposit before booking future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
